Are these x12 scopes on the new guns a mistake by dice? I though only DICE employees get them? The MK3A1 seems to have a suppressor on it as well....

i thought they fixed punkbuster

im new to this game havn't played very long im about level 10 now and punkbuster is now suddenly kicking me from every game i join after about 3 minutes after joining, everything has been perfect up to now

i am trying the 'repair game' feature now to see if that works is there anything else i could do?

EDIT: ok i found the manual pbsetup, it found an update so im going to see if that worked, can't beleive they havn't automated this yet, how long have pb been around now?

sorry if this has been asked, but 1522 pages is a leetle bit much to search through.

for christmas i was hoping to get battlefield 3 for the PC. ive just fond out that people who have the limited edition version get the new DLC for free, instead of the ~$10 asking price

so the question is, if my parents got the LCE version some time between now and christmas, would i still be able to get this DLC for free on christmas day (or maybe slightly later) or would i have to pay for it?

also, can anyone recommend the best place to get BF3 from. i was planning on using getting the parents to give me some sort of gift code from origin, but im open to other suggestions

Anyone else getting seemingly crap crossfire scaling on b2k, my fps just stays at 50-60 whether on very high or med.

hmm i was at 90% downloaded on origin this morning , just fired the pc up now and it has decided to restart from 0%, why would it not continue from 90%?

No idea, I had the same issue with the 3gb patch. Even though the client is still in beta, I would have expected it to be able to resume downloads

Playing without mates/teamwork is just absolutely dire. Jets controlling the skies so no one decides to change class to engie or attempt to take them down. Enemy vehicles controlling the points, again, no one attempts to take them down. Does my nut in.

Yes. If you buy the Limited Edition version that includes Back to Karkand DLC, irrespective of when you buy it. The Standard, non-LE version was a bit cheaper. Just do the maths if you can find the LE version in comparison to the non-LE version + DLC cost.

It can't, check for yourself, when it is updating a file, it names it .stream and downloads the whole thing, and the best bit is it doesn't remember how much it has downloaded if you shut down Origin and starts from the beginning of the file.

So how are people doing on stats. I've been doing my best to keep my K

ratio above 1 and am at a shiney 1.044 atm with 292 skill. I dont know if its good cause on BC2 I was 1.8. But my mates who play with me are on like 0.2 lol, and negative skill.

Yup the new maps run very poorly for me in comparison with the standard, think they need tweaking
