The newest Pirates of the Caribbean film. I actually Quite liked it, better than I was expecting. 6.5/10.
You just described Puss in Boots as okay, any opinions on films are invalid![]()
I remember seeing that a while back, was very good.
I've seen Innkeepers now and thought it was pretty good, the ending was quite unexpected and the performances from the actors were also not too bad either. There were some genuine tense moments and jump out of your seat scares as well. They could have done more with the ghostly aspects I think but over all I think it's worth a watch for any horror fan.
I'm looking to get some Thai/Korean horror next and have been scouting various Top25/50 etc horror listing sites with reviews. There's loads out there but most are very hard to get hold of over here!
Harry Potter 5. I better finish reading #7 pronto!
I was expecting it to be dreadful...It wasn't but it certainly was not great either![]()
'Unknown' with Liam Neeson. 4/10.
Not a patch on Taken.
I watched Terminator 2 last night, it was on ITV2. One of the all time greatest films ever. Two killing machines slugging it out in slick action scenes in a time where CGI were bare bones. All the chase scenes be it on foot or on the highway are just sublime.
Not enough praise for Terminator 2 I tell ye. I'd dare rate it as a better sequel than Godfather II. I'm aware it's 'just' an action movie, but that sort of thinking and conditioning that we have towards action movies are all from the dreadful tat of the last twenty years. They just don't make them like they used to anymore.
If you want something like Taken, try The Man from Nowhere... is an awesome film!![]()
Films are terrible on the whole, couple are ~alright.
