You were flying at the time, and you're right, why would you swap while you're in the middle of flying? Like I said, I can't say I've done it. But you can't complain he didn't ask people to move if you admit you wouldn't have moved yourself.

Probably better to do what Matt suggested and leave it be. No point in clogging up a thread with it anymore than we have.

Yeah, rank 30 according to Battlelog. So if you've got the M9 you're about rank 10 and have the G18 to look forwards to!

No one would swap mid flight....

If I was not mid flight I would swap.

So rather than state teams are unbalanced and ask for them to be sorted, he switches the enemy chopper crew that just owned him and his team? And this is good behaviour for an admin?

Dave, I know you think this was all just because you and your buddy were owning everyone but i have to think of the bigger picture. If i don't keep things fair in terms of balance it can kill a server. Asking people to swap teams (often to the losing team) just doesnt work.

I don't see the point in removing the ban at the moment. We clearly have two contrasting views on the matter and that can only lead to more problems until that changes.

I will only swap players if needs be. I really try not to. I know a lot of people like to play with their friends, as do i. but i accept and will happily move to a losing side to balance the teams. Not everyone is willing to do that. I'm sorry but thats the way it is and i wont change the way i do things in regard to that.

Doing the same, currently got 16 guns done, all the ribbons thanks to some C4 fun on Rush but only 31 medals.

It's not the fact I was swapped, it was the fact that you swapped me and my gunner mid flight after we killed you, and then threatened me after I questioned it.

I'm not fighting to get unbanned, as I said, if that's how the server is run I don't want to be anywhere near it, power hungry admins really get to me.

Well cmon you must be able to see it from my point of view?

If you were on a server with a friend on voip, owning a team in a chopper, and an admin that you just killed, remote killed/moved you and your friend mid flight, would you not be a bit peeved off?

Why did you have to be that admin :| it's not good show.

You were unbalancing the server, you were asked to balance, you didn't, it was done for you. Pretty simple to be honest. Running a server isn't easy and pleasing everyone isn't possible. If you don't financially contribute to a server you don't have a right to play on it, you're a guest. Just don't play there again if you don't like how the admins deal with things, they're under no obligation to explain themselves. There's plenty of other servers out there, don't worry about it

I would like to out Neil79 as a war criminal. I was performing a search and rescue mission picking up a downed pilot near our carrier when he swept in and shot me out of the sky

Also, keep an eye out for this guy. Suspected of hacking on Grand Bazaar then on Oman he was camping on the carrier with his mate constantly waiting for the heli. When I spawned in the gunner position he shot me. Dickheads.

The only reason I came over to your main base because someone in a jet kept on flying over our main airport spawn and destroying the jets, Twice had to get out and repair. There was also an OCUK member that kept on ramming anything in the sky, ocuk members also need to do more team work as it was seriously lacking before someone put a soflam up.

This is not true.

I and a friend were swapped, without warning, mid flight after I had just killed said admin and chums.

At no point was any balance warning or request stated, that is the problem.

TBH I get bored quickly on Oman. Unless you're in a vehicle it's not much fun, so I tend to just potter around in the jets or muck about in the helicopter. I do try and go for the points but it's not usually long before a tank rocks up with Thermal Optics and jsut owns you

I very rairly move players our server is set to auto switch them if there's more than a two player imbalance.

It will switch the last player who joined the team but they do get two warnings ten seconds apart.

Also a built in scrambler scrambles the team at every new map (not new round) if one team wins with too much tickets.

Squads are kept together if no error occurs.

@LtMatt its a plugin for procon "True balancer BF3"
saves you a job and saves people whining when they get moved by the admin.

Apologies I misread one of your posts, I thought you were warned but clearly you weren't. Sounds like you were killing most of the other team at one point or another

As already said, if an admin is playing when they get killed is generally when they then look at admin tasks. I don't know why you were picked for swapping, you have your theory, the admin has given his version and it looks like never shall they match!

First off, 32 man server really? play with big boys on 64 servers.

Secondly, guy kills admin, admin instant suicides and swaps his killer whilst still in combat with no polite in game message asking them to swap, seems a clear case off admin abuse/rage to me, thing is he has no one to answer to as it's just he who runs the server, with a mature clan running a server individual admins may think twice about how they admin when they have others to answer to.

Move on plenty of other servers out there that a way better admined, for a start try playing on 64 man servers and not easy mode 32 man.

Agreed. He claims impartiality but really he was just using it as an excuse.
