Well playing BF3 instead of revising for my Business GCSE last night seemed to have little effect... Luckily! :p

Nah, i'm just an awesome businessman! /jinxed most likely :(

I keep vsync on which locks the fps at 60.

Since turning this on I now get a constant 60fps (rather than 50-80) and also my cards run a lot cooler than previously (a good 15deg c)
 
Having some problems with Co-op, my friend is getting my invites but i am unable to start the game after he has accepted but when he invites me i get nothing.

Anyone had the same problem or know a fix?
 
How do you enable that unlock that lets you get into a Tank as a 3rd crew member enabling you to lazer designate targets ?

Ive unlocked it but cant see where to enable it.

Sounds similar to what was happening to me last night.

Invites coming through but the game wouldn't actually start and would just cancel itself. I never fixed it :(

Its automatically unlocked. Only you can go in to the 3rd seat on a tank, just walk up to it and jump in. If you want anyone to join your tank as 3rd, then they have to unlock it.
 
Can add me to that list of names as well, origin name is the same as on here :) Still a bit of a noob but love working in a squad.. playing in a decent squad is definitely what makes this game!

Apparently VOIP isn't an important feature to DICE.

We are all in the same TS channel regardless of team/squad. Its funny to listen to people scream when you kill them :P

our TS is public and we broadcast its IP in chat spam so that anyone in the server can join it. You get the odd clown tbh but even that can be funny.

I had an hour blasting around too just now, managed to hover my harrier over their jet spawn area and land it as it was getting raped, timer almost ran out, ran back into it and a soldier was in front of me so I drove over him with the jet :eek::D

I had to land somewhere to eject and was planning on stealing theirs to get away ¬_¬

A good game though, whichever of you DG guys was driving the tank I was gunner in, was rather a good rally that one.
