Ever get flusttered around certain girls?

Yea I get what your saying. Treat them like guys, and just be matey!

It works on some girls granted, but generally they are the ones your not interested it. This girl makes me blush, and panic around her.

If it were me I'd try and ask her out. The worst thing that can happen is she says no.

If you come across as under confident then she may find it cute or even take pity on you.

Either way, if you get her to accompany you to a public house, you will be bringing alcohol into the equation and your chances of reaching the ultimate pasty smashing goal will rocket.

From OPs self description bringing alcohol into the equation could add in a floppy uncertainty factor

All in good time. I remeber asking another girl out a few years back at work. She said yes, but that she also had a bf. It spoilt the freindship we had, and every thing from then on was just awckward.

Cant let that happen again.

If you don't keep your compusure over the next few encounters, she will eventually tire of it and the best you will get to is the 'friend' zone.

Stop putting her on a pedestal and this will help you remain calm.

Dude! You hit the nail on the head. All my life I put woman on pedestals.

Unfourtunatly its just how I roll. Sometimes, its actually charming and works in your favour.

i kind of know what you mean op. when i was a bit younger there was one girl that would get me really embarrassed just looking at her, and throughout the day I'd be concerned thinking it may happen that i will run into her, but this put me in an almost ready to be embarrassed state so that if it happens or hints of happening i had no control and couldn't stop myself from going red. sucked as i couldn't relax but not because of her but because i'd be thinking i'm going to get shy etc.

in the end one day i realised what a silly thing it was and when i got the perfect moment i just want to her a talked. ended up having 6 great years with her and don't regret any of it.

i found it best to be without friends, or at least not close enough to them that they can listen in, and then just tlka about anything, don't even joke and try to be funny just talk
