Its all done. Found out that the res is a dual setup in 1 tube with 3 of the stoppers on the top and bottom of it. The middle could be just left open as it doesn't affect the flow at all. Temps are VERY nice though on the max pump setting, although its a bloody annoying noise lol.

23/28C idle on both GPUs and 26C on the CPU with 43 on the CPU after 10 mins of BF3 with each gcard at 46C :D (99% usage)

CPU is back at 4.5ghz as well. Really impressed with the setup so far, yet it was a nightmare to actually assemble though with the tubing being VASTLY harder than I thought it was gonna be. Shot myself in the foot getting all straight barbs tbh as I've had to be really creative with my tubing layout lol. Had to use a few cable ties to stop kinks from forming in 3 areas also, which I didn't wanna do but its not too bad.

Before! by jjohnson2012, on Flickr

Self explanatory... first of two!

During! by jjohnson2012, on Flickr

Had a nightmare with the quality of the pads that EK supplied me with them being a mismatch between them and them being precut didn't fit anything, had to trim EVERYTHING to size.

After! by jjohnson2012, on Flickr

Finished the first one, took 2 1/2 hours in total to do both cards properly, including backplates!

second pic.

It looks white to me, jusyt wondered if RK have changed their thermal pads :p

Yeah, wasn't happy with them at all. The white ones came with the grey ones in the same packet. Both GPU kits had the same also. The white ones barely stuck and wasn't cut to the right sizes at all. The grey one was sticky and after cutting fit the vrms nicely.

Just turned all my fans down via my fan controller to silent levels and tried trine 2, which is easily the hottest game in terms of temp for my SLI setup. Use to put my GPU1 to 90C on air :S

Whilst silent the top temp is 58C with the CPU overclocked on around 61C. Pretty good for inaudible! My external harddrive it literally louder than the PC on these settings :S

Still waiting for the mrs to bring her camera round lol. Gonna have to get some 90 degree fittings the next time I do some watercooling as the straight barbs are a nightmare to try and avoid kinks in tubing sadly. Got 2 kinks so far, which haven't affected temps or performance though, yet still dissapointing to see!

Bled the system and now when I move it there is no bubbles coming out of anything, nor can I hear any when I stop/start the system or rock the case. I'll keep checking it though regardless.

For my top rad (360), which way should I have the fans? Got some dust filters coming to keep the dust out of my case and so far they are blowing into the case from the top with an extraction fan at the back. The bottom rad (240) is sucking air into the case from the bottom, which I have 2 dust filters covering the gap where it was modded.

Complete loop, although 360 rad is hidden above it!, 240mm in the compartment below.

Cheap funnel from asda is good for filling my res, which is the alphacool fusion core 10. Nightmare to try and mount the thing though as it has no screws! Had to use a combo of a cable tie through an e-ATX socket on the mobo tray, plus sticky back velcro pads sold by OcUK for £2. Does the job, but hard to align straight (which I've now done)

Sorry for the quality of photos, but still using my phone camera :(

looks good.

Is it just the lighting that makes the tube coming from the bottom of the res into the pump looked kinked?

It is kinked, although now less severely. Sadly due to the pump placement and straight barbs only, its a nightmare trying to not kink one of the pipes :(

Temps are still good though with both gcards on 28/26C idle at the moment with very low fanspeeds.
