Beautifully shot and with a fantasic score and outstanding performances from Tadanobu Asano and Honglei Sun.
Ranks in my top 10 films of all time.
Watched it to prove to a friend that foreign language films with subtitles are not crap!

Monsters, I can see why some people didn't like it. I quite liked it, some very nice shots and moments, both my friend and I didn't like...
Anyway, 7/10
..the ending, thought they should have ended with them being seperated at the end and left it as that, rather than knowing the girl dies at the beginning.

In all honesty i wasnt really fussed whether i watched this or not, but the wife convinced me and i have to say that for the most part i thoroughly enjoyed it.
Why didnt Daniel Craig have an accent, everyone else seemed to?
Overall i think this was a good watch....7.5/10

for me it should have ended at about the 2 hour mark,they solved the harriett case far too easily for my liking, the build up was fantastic,whereas the culmination of the initial 2 hours was to easily identify who the murderer was from looking at a few photographs
Everything else after solving the Harriett case seemed superfluous, they could have easily ended it there and it wouldnt have had an detrimental effect in my opinion.

How have you seen immortals recently when its not released on DVD for a while and it isn't being shown in the cinemas any more?

Yeah but people have been suspended for that stuff (or threatened with before) quite strange to see a UB.
I've said this before, we all know how it works but they shouldn't broadcast it openly on here.
And in before someone comes up with "I have a friend in the states who sent me it"

Princess Mononoke - Japanese Studio Ghibli animation about a small mining town fighting forest gods/spirits in medieval times. Some very nice looking sequences and entertaining story but it didn't grab me as much as Spirited Away. 3/5

Yes, but I was pointing out the fact its frowned upon to discuss things openly which haven't been released, that goes for film, tv shows etc.
But just funny to see it from a UB.

That is a brilliant film as well as monnonoke, id give them both 9/10 tbh.

The Core - 7/10 A guilty pleasure of mine 
A younger Aaron Eckhart and Hilary Swank journey to the centre of the earth to restart the planet's core which has stopped spinning. Good fun and an entertaining cast but also utter cheese.
