Any part of it, just like any ruling in any kind of court, you have to trust they make the right decision when evidence isn't clear cut, obviously Liverpool FC don't.

You've not touched a nerve at all. Your last post was aimed at me and trying to explain why Suarez was guilty and/or Liverpool's stance was wrong. Not once did I say Suarez was innocent or that I agreed with Liverpool's stance so it makes a big difference.

Absolutely I do. Depsite Suarez being guilty, Evra admitted to instigating the argument, I also believe that parts of his evidence were massively exaggerated (I don't believe he was left in shock by the tackle from Suarez, I don't believe that he couldn't bring himself to use the word ****** nor do I believe that he didn't understand what the word negro meant). That's just related to the racism issue though. Evra got boo'd all through the 2nd half of the league game and was going to be boo'd whenever he comes to Anfield for the simple fact that he rolled around in front of the Kop and then got up and started kissing his shirt as a taunt to our fans.

That's a question for Liverpool FC and people that believe it's wrong.

So its alright to say racist things as long as you are not actually racist? There is absolutely no doubt that Suarez made racist comments to Evra.

I would be surprised if many footballers are racist as they all play with black players and probably have black friends. That doesn't make it any better or any more acceptable. Thats just gross stupidity and I'm sure that all his friends that are black would love to know that its ok to say racist things as long as you are not genuinely racist.

Let me ask you this Tummy, if you were charged with something and you believed you were innocent, would you changed your stance and accept your guilt just because you were found guilty?

Depends the on the context in which he said it as proved by linguistic experts, so there is doubt that he made racist comments.
