They have to be not installed, as in those little bubbles you get blow the disc icon and above the folders (if you have folders). But are you choosing the correct option? PSP games section? I dunno, not transferred any, but you could just download them directly. They're relatively small.
To weigh in on the sound issue, I haven't really found it loud, but then it has never really been an issue for me. It is quiet, and I found myself wondering why the bar was so big for such small increases in sound. I suppose there is always headphones for loud places, or the subtitles? I find it its too loud around me anyway I cannot follow the story/dialogue anyway regardless of how loud I make the sound I am listening to.
My issue is, has anyone found how to tell what percentage the battery level is at? I know it's kind of irrelevant on a device with such short battery life, and a message does pop up when it is very low, but still useful to know really.
worth a trip into town for a look tomorrow then. Quite fancy grabbing one to take on my training trip to switzerland next week 
Any idea how we keep track of our data usage?
