The Woman in Black 7/10
I'm trying to differentiate it from the play, but I'm really struggling. I feel like the play was a better, however I'm not sure the way the play done would have worked on a big screen, so I think the fact that they adjusted it for cinema was probably a good thing. This aside, it was a pretty solid film. Never in my life have I understood how children are scared enough to hide between a sofa and peep over the top. But for some reason I really wanted to whilst watching this. Also freaked me out enough that gf got scared by the sound a maserati once we'd left the cinema, and we both got freaked out by a sun dial on top of a church with an orb, that looked vaguely humanesque shaped. Daniel Radcliffe, wasn't as bad as I was expecting either.
