True, but they may be focusing on actual functionality instead of theming. It kinda looks that way judging by the various builds and I hope it turns out to be true!
 
The market on my phone has messed up. At first it told me to restart GoLauncher in order to work. After restarting it, it still wasn't working. I've tried to reboot the phone, and now the market has disappeared completely. Anybody got any ideas? :(

Took me ages to suss this yesterday, my market icon just said loading.. restart Go launcher.

I couldn't find the solution on Google.


It was doing my swede in as i wanted some of those 49p apps.
 
I got my replacement phone today, no call echo. Woot.

However, I use facebook messenger and I have it set so that when I get a new message, the LED on the front of the phone will blink, but it doesn't.

Any ideas?

There is no LED's on the SGS2. You can root/custom rom it though to get a thing called BLN which lights up the menu/back buttons for notifications.
 
I've done a Google but can't seem to figure anything out about this. The so does have an LED blink light on the front of the phone right? Mine doesn't seem to blink when I get a notification...

EDIT. Well it appears I'm an idiot. The GS2 doesn't have a front LED? Please could someone confirm my stupidity about this?

When I put a case on my phone, I still don't get an echo however my brother said I didn't sound as clear. Take the case off and I'm perfect. Guess it could be because the case was really cheap from Ebay? I'm just waiting for the official mesh one to arrive now.

If you use it with sandpaper gloves and scrape it against the floor then yes, it wears down quickly.

Otherwise nope. It lasts as long as any other hard case .

Just wondering if anyone can help. I'm trying to put this theme on my phone but it keeps coming up with "Unfortunately, system ui has stopped". Its also missing the status bar and basically looks nothing like the screenshots in the above xda post. Does it only work on custom roms? Currently running the leaked XXLPH rooted using CF Root.

Do you get any call quality issues with the mesh case? I'm hoping it's all fine when mine comes but it does seem hit and miss from what I've read. Some S2's are fine with cases, some aren't. :confused:

The rom needs to be Deodexed. Standard firmware it won't work with.
