Does this house have potential?

If potential is what you want, that's not the house for you.

It's too new and adequate for what it is. By changing things and moving kitchens and bathrooms, you wouldn't actually change the price of the property, so it's wasted money.
 
Why are you looking at nicely finished property if you want an investment.

Look at the old ones with no central heating and lime green walls which haven't seen a paint British since at least the 70s

Why is it up with two agents, sounds desperate to me, I tend to steer clear of houses with multiple agents, with rightmove etc there should be no need for additional agents, screams desperate

I don't think there is a picture of the real bedroom, some nice shots of the sky through the window though :) maybe a small child held the camera?
