What film did you watch last night?

And if you no longer go for a gap that exists, you are no longer a racing driver because we are competing, we are competing to win.

A Prophet

Surprisingly good. If it was clearer what was being spoken in french, and what in arabic, then I would have been able to follow the plot easier.
Still, well worth a watch.

Human Centipede 2

Lots of horrible things happen. Being set in the UK was refreshing, and I like that you never hear the main character speak.
Otherwise, pretty crap.

A Knights tale.

Classic film, well worth a watch if you haven't seen it for a while. Great fun, great comedy.

Just watched black swan and feel slightly traumatised lol. Excellent film and really liked it but I can't say I enjoyed it if that makes sense.

On a side note I can't stand lock stock :p

i can't stand biting my nails or the skin near the side of my nails after watching black swan. you could put kids off nail biting for life with a quick extract from that film.

Finally caved under gf pressure to watch the twilight films.

And I'm quite surprised that it wasn't nearly as half as bad as I thought it would be.

7/10 for the 1st Twilight film

Mission Impossible Ghost protocol:

I enjoyed it, 7.5/10 easily and the gadgets were pretty damn cool.

Also, THAT GREEN DRESS!!!!

The Hunger Games.

Enjoyed it - haven't read the book, my boyfriend has (very rare occurrence that he would a) have read a book I haven't and b) well, have read a book...) he said it was pretty true to the book for the most part but that the book was better.

I would give it an 8/10.

Heard some wisdom from a spotty teenage girl while we were in cinema though -

"If I know a film has been made from a book I NEVER read the book first. It just makes me angry if I know how much they missed out in the film. If I read the book afterwards, I can enjoy them both, because you never get mad about the extra bits in the book!"

Oh, and have commandeered boyfriend's Kindle so I can read the first book, he's reading the second one on mine - I started reading at about 1pm this aft and have read 40% already, am hooked!

Finally got round to watching Avatar.

Pretty good, maybe 6/10. Pretty long, least it gave me time to clean the flat while watching :)

Overall an OK watch.
