Agree, worth a watch but I think the actors were genuine SEAL members so in that respect they did a decent job.

Very good nuclear attack survivors type film which certainly makes you wonder that it could well turn out like that if a bomb was ever dropped.

It's not for everyone though as some may find it slow and boring.

I found it quite heavily affecting by the time the credits rolled, too. Mercilessly bleak and nihilistic.

I watched "The Meaning of Life" on ITV4 last night. Possibly my favourite film ever. There were even some bits in it that I hadn't seen before, so I don't know if it was an extended cut or something.

Easily the best thing the Pythons ever did imo(along with ep2 of seires 2). All of them on absolute top form.

Some okay action scenes but I thought the whole thing played out like an extended american army commercial, especially the narration.

An extremely enjoyable film. Film of the year so far for me. Definite buy when it comes out on Blu-Ray. I really enjoyed seeing the relationship between the dad and his sons grow. Great acting throughout.

Another is Essex Boys made in 2000 which is also based on the Range Rover murders. Don't be put off that it stars Sean Bean and Larry Lamb, they are quite nasty in this.

I think Footsoldier is probably the best of the three though.
