Have you upped the difficulty? Playing master difficulty from the get go breathes new life in to the game. Also don't grind anything. Makes the treasures found and weapons being sold in the game more worthwhile. I love mixing and using poisons!

I was playing on standard difficulty... Will try upping it, however, imagine getting caughty out in the woods by beasties out of stealth would hurt :(

I really want to spend my money on buying Hjerim and buying all the upgrades for it, but I'm scared:

A) It wont work properly after I complete the quest
B) The storage will glitch and I'll lose all my stuff

I wouldn't mind if it didn't cost 21,000 Septims to buy.

:(

Been playing this for around 100+ hours, finished the main story quest and main side quests and got 3 achievements left to get, throughly enjoyed it. Came back to it the other day after a break playing ME3 and pop to my house in whiterun to pickup my dragon masks and find everything is missing, all the weapons, armour, dederic artifacts, dragon masks, everything has gone. Tried reloading from both saves that i've got and nothing. Not sure when this happened, but i'd not been back to the house for a while with doing quests. But to say i'm annoyed is an understatement. :/

I'd be ******, if that happens to me.

I always go back and forth to my house in whiterun, and when I drop of new spoils I alsways notice I have my stuff in the chest.

It's one of the main reasons for my post above I am hesitant about buying another house.

A part of me just wants to complete it and leave it at that.

Just about to start the Thieves Guild quests.

Is it an issue if I have no sneaky armour and 0 skill points allocated to skeaing before I start this chain of quests. Any tips for getting through them.

I dont mind picking up some sneaking armour, weapons, but I'd rather not spend to many points in smeaking as I'l probably return to my Warrior build soon after.

I was a two handed heavy armour power house with very little sneaking/stealth/lockpicking points and I managed ok.

The only place where I struggled was planting something on someone and sneaking through someones house, but some invisibility potions helped that out. :D

Just picked this up again, been playing FG's too long needed a break, I left off at level 41, with my dragon bone armor and deadric swords enchanted with Soultrap and fire, I feel almost Godlike lol.

I really need to start playing the story mode, but ever since I got that Skyrim guide its so hard to wonder off and do other things

Forgot how much I loved this game :D

I got my copy of skyrim in the post today :D
My Xbox 360 is coming tomorrow :D

I'm offline atm (moving house so no net)
All I've heard about are bugs and stuff that the patches have fixed, I'm hoping the OG version of the game with no patches is ok to play... I won't install it onto the HDD that's for sure!
