Its simple, I order an item, which I have ordered many times before from OCUK to my address, wait all day to see that they couldn't find my address and please contact them, I call the number, automated voice, no matter what option i choose its a robot I get on the other line.

Useless incompetent company, bag of **** actually.

Why do OCUK use this company and why do i pay £7 for a crock of ****.

Look up your local depot in the yellow pages and ring it directly. Personally I have never had a problem with them, as have many, many others.

Had the same problem last week mate got my 1hr slot waited in all day checked my email to find out that it stated delivary was attempted but know one was home! I went mad! Your best bet is to find your local depot via google and call them direct. They then asked me if i had a brown door......my responce was no i dont!! Lucky for me it was at the depot and i just went and picked it up in the end

Never had a problem with them myself. In-fact DPD are the best courier service round here which e-tailers actually use...

I've placed 2 orders here and DBD were punctual both times. I guess your driver was a bit of a nob. I've had other firms say "Attempted delivery but nobody home" before, which i know is a lie as i know i was home all day. I'm sure this is just a lazy or incompetant driver who can't use his sat nav.

I want a refund onto my card, someone from OCUK can call the tossers and sort this **** out. I cant get through to the tin pot company.

Engage your brain before you reply, the item was out for delivery today.

Being rude isn't going to help your cause in the slightest.
You'll probably have to contact OCuK directly rather than a post in a topic, i may have misread or misunderstood your meaning, but being that you have / will have the item why would you be entitled to a full refund? Postage and packaging MAYBE however it was the delivery companies fault not OCuK

I dont have the item, and i cant even call them to find out what the hell they are playing at because nobody answers, which says it all really. And I can have a full refund, I dont have the item, OCUK shouldnt use such a bunch of monkeys, that are just as expensive as any other courier.

Why don't you try making a post in the customer services section of the forum? Or ringing OcUK tomorrow if they're closed? You aren't going to get anywhere with that stinking attitude though.

You absolutely have a right to be annoyed but there's no point channelling it at OcUK. DPD are a great courier for the majority of us - as above, you probably just got a mug of a driver. If they were using HDNL or Yodel then that would be a different discussion :p

As OcUK are DPD's customer this should be your next step IMO. Good luck getting it resolved.

3 orders from OCUK within last month, not a single problem from DPD. In fact I found them really prompt and in the allotted time each time.

Obviously you did not go to the door in time.

Thank god you weren't here when they used Citylink or DHL (i.e. tarted up Yodel/HDNL), otherwise your rage would have lead to this under your name:

PermaBanned

:p

Yeah thats because you get it free.

I wouldnt be that annoyed if i got it free, I pay £7+, I might as well go drive down to ****** and buy it there rather than this hassle.

I dont see why I should have to put up with it, its lazyness at its worst. I dont have the item therefore I want a refund its that simple.

Hi holymonk, you have made a post on the customer service section. I have no order number or information as regards to what has happened. Please can you provide me with the details and I can look into this for you. Thanks.

I PAID EACH TIME. I have only been a member for about 2 months.

Seems like the place where you live is hard to find, unfortunately DPD are closed so I will have to speak to them tomorrow morning. - If you can provide me with a link on Google Street view as to where it needs to be delivered that will help me and DPD. - Seems like you live in a newly built up area which maybe why they cannot find the premises if it hasn't been there long.

Please carry on posting in the customer service section as we obviously want your details private. :)

Play nice now.

DPD are the best courier service we have used, and I can tell you we have used a fair few. :) - There is something wrong in the link if mistakes keep on happening over and over again and I will sort this out for you.

The fail delivery rate with DPD is almost non-existent. - The amount of parcels which do not get delivered daily are very little, maybe the odd 5 or 6, which isn't bad when we are dispatching and receiving hundreds of parcels a day. :)
