DPD bunch of cowboys

I too never had a issue with them, got quite a shock a few times as they tend to come earlier in morning :O.

Never had a problem with DPD personally, Always within the hour allocated, I now get a lovely text informing me of the time also incase im too lazy to read emails/tracker.

Last 2 times it arrived within 5 min of the allocated hour starting. I can't fault them
 
Maybe the driver has remembered your sunny disposition from last time and decided to fake amnesia rather than meet you again?
 
Respect does go a long way. - I don't mind helping people who have issues however if they are telling me to stuff it up my arse before I have even seen the issue or helped with the issue. It makes me reluctant to help. - However I have come straight in here to help because that is what I like doing and not only that it is my job. However, if the same driver who is delivering has had abuse thrown at him before wouldn't surprise me if he decided to not try as hard. - Depends on how people act, and how they are treated.

We are all human, we all make mistakes. Why not work together rather than throwing insults to each other, working together does get things done more efficiently whereas shouting abuse... Just makes you look silly. :)
 
DPD are amazing no other courier texts you the time your order is going to be delivered

put the dolly in the pram, and next time put some directions in that delivery instructions box
 
Couriers are hit and miss depending where you are. Dpd are good with the time slot, never really had a problem with any round here
 
For what it's worth, I'm happier with DPD than any other courier I've used.
People need to realise that they are franchises so one may not be the same as another, they have different drivers so one finding your address does not mean they all can, and that people are human and make genuine mistakes. Yes it's frustrating (and I've been there myself), but throwing a hissy fit is rarely the way to a good outcome.
 
One more point. When I mentioned we get DPD problems maybe 6 a day, that is the maximum. Believe it or not some days there are no issues at all. - Pretty impressive when they are dealing with several hundreds of our parcels. Not only that they deal with over a million of parcels a month with all the other contractors they deliver/collect for.
 
Even the perfect running machine Faults sometimes, Deal with it, You didn't even give OCUK a chance to fix the problem, DPD is a very well respected company, I mean compare them to Royal Mail and then complain, Ocuk will fix the problem for you, They always do.
