It's rubbish. The Freeman movement is utter rubbish.

Oh dear. It's funny how it's always the people struggling in society that preach this kind of rubbish.

Hilarious.

Never heard of him, such a brilliant comedian though.

Unfortunately requesting that I don't comment until I've watched a 50 minute plus video while giving me almost no incentive to do so isn't very appealing. What is it about this video that makes it worth me giving up the better part of an hour of my life to?

For the little it matters I've had the misfortune of watching another (shorter) video by the same fellow where he demonstrates his fundamental misunderstandings regarding the law and unless there's a compelling reason I've no desire to subject myself to more nonsense about Freemen on the Land. There's a recent thread on them here which contains a few posts and links which might help illustrate why it's a complete non-starter.

In a nutshell: a load of old cobblers

More reading here, though i've not read it myself so it could be biased one way or t'other: http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Freeman_on_the_land

Pretty much your first comment, a load of cobblers based on selective understanding of the law, and disregarding what isn't convenient.

IIRC one of their arguments is that the likes of Magistrates/Hudges don't have any powers because they haven't been personally selected by the Monarch in person. They can apparently be quite amusing when they meet up with an experienced Magistrate let alone a Judge in a court room, but don't tend to advertise those occasions, instead they big up when they manage to confuse a magistrate because of their muddle of beliefs in regards to the law (where a judge would likely do them for contempt, I don't think a Magistrate can).
