New Samsung S23A700D 120Hz

They are very nice monitors, however I will wait longer for thin/bezeless designs. I presume they will create the superthin bezel tech (or seemingly no bezel) sometime soon.

The frequency of reported dead pixels is no doubt high because were selling 100 per day of these monitors. By far it's quite possibly our best ever selling monitor which is because for the money nothing comes close. :)

I purchased 3 at the gadget show thank u overclockers and can confirm no dead pixels here. very happy and my god u cant get better for the money.

Jebus thats a lot of stock shifting. I'm tempted to buy one but to be honest I can't justify it. I would like a 120hz monitor but right now I don't have the GPU to properly use one and my current monitor is fine. I will probably only upgrade once OLED monitors are the norm. ~£166 for this monitor coming from nothing is fantastic value. Coming from a perfectly good working monitor, not so much.

My screen is set to 1920x1080 but it doesn't fit the whole screen to the bezel, i have about a 3mm gap all the way around.

Is that normal or should i get it replaced?

Set the scaling in CCC panel:

I was on Advanced view, still not there.

I had problems with catalyst after initial instal so I uninstalled everything and installed latest drivers, then all was ok.
Edit. this was due to new drivers being installed at the same time, so I am putting it down to not uninstalling old drivers 1st.

Just took delivery of one of these (no invoice on the side of the box btw).

The 3D on the couple of games I tried didn't particularly blow me away and I can't see me using this for much. However the smoothness of the 120hz display is awesome. TN panels have come a long way since I got my Samsung 226W 5 & bit years ago. Overall for £166, really pleased with it.

EDIT - having played around with the 3D more, I was a bit unfair on it - it's really quite impressive at times.
