Whilst in general you are correct, you have chosen the two foods which are impossible to tell if they were cooked in a microwave or not.
Cover the inside of your microwave with aluminium foil.

Dual band router. Keep all the slower 802.11g on its own network. Run everything else at a less crowded, microwave free 5Ghz.
