Finally got on for a little while, like the idea of the game and it's good fun. Can't help feel that the graphics are a little blurry though, but perhaps that's just me!

Strangely I don't have that, I just have "Pre-purchase Diablo III now!" under "Your Game Accounts". Maybe you got into the proper beta?

Nope. I have the D3 beta listed in my b.net account but I don't have permission to post on the beta forums.

@pioneer - there will both be a character and achievement wipe on release. Far as I know, the beta client won't let you play the game on release either - you'll have to re-download/re-install the game. Treat it as if it was a WoW PTR server.

This is not a dig at people playing with multi monitor set-ups, but does anyone else think they're... not very good? Personal preference, obviously, but I couldn't stand to play a game split across screens, especially 3 widescreen ones. The reason I ask is because I only ever see praise for it, and no one ever says they don't like it. Maybe it's just me xD ? Multi-monitor is great, don't get me wrong -- especially for separating watching a video or web browsing from another task, but I just can't see how splitting a game across a few monitors is superior to playing on one large, seamless screen.

very few tasks are improved by it, I use dual monitors at work but that's partly as I can be in editing code or spreadsheets whilst needing to keep an eye on a server on the other screen. At home, when I've used eyefinity on 3x 21" monitors I felt it was good for immersion on some games, but just plain annoying when I wasn't in them.

*logs in fine*

You're doing it wrong...

...though it still keeps timing out when trying to start a game which is getting really annoying.

Around 2GB in size I think. And it ends tomorrow at 5 pm.

more like 4.7 GB :)

However you can play after 2 GB has downloaded but will be really laggy!
