The minions basically don't die against almost anything. Hell Baal can't do a thing once you have some +skills. Clay Golem + Decripify + Cold weapon on your merc and he attacks so slowly he gets permanently interrupted.

Very much appreciated for that, only ever managed to complete D2 on Hell with a fire/ice Sorc so ideally wanted to give it a good shot with something else before DIII :)
 
just out of interest, whats the in game music like? I just instaled D2 for the first time in about 9 years and the twangy little guitar music is bringing it all back :)

Except that is never going to happen, which was part of the problem with D2s loot. Practically the only sets you could complete without excessive grind/trading were Angelic and Sigons, both of which were totally useless by the time you actually managed to find them all.

Yep, i don't even want to admit how much time i put into D2 lol, runes were the worst!

But it was worth it! i just hope D3 pulls me in just as much.

Yes. :)

And you can use Shift-click like wow to post a link to gear in chat. So you can describe what you find to people in the party without dropping it to snatchers, or send it to someone across friends chat.
 
Thanks for posting those videos, last night i watched the entire blizzcon diablo 3 dev lecture from 2011 and even sat through most of the q&a. Now i think understand most things. I was also watching some char walk throughs, one guy in the full beta did a video of what happens to your chest when you die in hardcore mode and it appears that you get to keep the contents of your chest across chars, which is great. looking forward to building some kickass hardcore chars.

Glad to see they included team death match i didn't even know that you can play pvp, so i am pleased about that and the way they have done it by making hardcore enabled chars and different auction house. Looks great. I just wonder if it will arrive in the post before the date or on the date.

I remember playing a while back and Humanshield on the forums had Trang-oul's armour, that was the only time I had seen it (bright orange iirc).

The best part of a set I have ever had is Haemosu's Adament, part of Heaven's Brethren. Have managed to get most of Sigon's and Milabrega's sets but never managed to complete them.

Only 2 1/2 weeks to go now though for D3 :)

Yeah although I noticed you can't do it from the crafting window. Maybe that will change upon release.
