Hi am not exactly small am 6ft, 14st and train 5 daysa week, weights and MMA and Thai boxing.

Got protein powder at home and looking for something to put some size on, so something to boost my strengh and bulk me up a bit

Want to do it all legal! Any ideas from your experience?

Considering creatine and testosterone booster?

Red Bull, it will grow you some wings.

Get into the sports section and get some proper advice. Forget fancy products, you need to eat right, eat lots, traing hard and sleep well.

There is no fast track way.

Serp brreo, wernt merscles lerk mern?

Or, you know, just keep staying fit via MMA and eat on balance. No need to look all Johnny bravo to be fit.

Also I'd just like to be the first to say: calories. Eat lots of calories and you will bulk up, this is far more important than any supplements.

Adjust your training and diet to be more optimal for hypertrophy.

More kcals, more protein (maybe), fewer long bouts of cardio, more weight training within hypertrophic rep/set ranges.

+1 for extra food and maybe a little dialling down on the cardio (let the fighting/training be the cardio).

Creatine won't hurt either but food is arguably more important.

Everything about you is just made of fail.

Thanks for the constructive input zefan.

I can't find the article right now but it was in a sports training journal where they actually broke down the numbers mathematically and the physiology to show how little extra calories you need to gain muscle. It was like 20 cals a day or something. Even if you do gain muscle on that "bulking" diet, you're still fat, and you lose it when you lose the fat so what's the point. It's delusional. Fat people have a lot of muscle just from being fat, even if they don't train at all. They are still fat though.

But I'm sure all you 10st internet bodybuilders know better though.

You should follow your advice

ElliotJames, why are you always so hostile?

It's especially strange when I've seen you post some really weird and incorrect advice. You should respect the fact that this is a learning experience for everyone.

testosterone booster?

Regular compound movements such as Squats, benchpress and deadlifts will naturally boost testosterone levels, as will good diet with lots of natural fats and proteins from animal, marine and dairy sources. Lay off refined, processed foods, get plenty of sleep and stay hydrated.
