I am in love but because of a tiff tht happened few months back we havent spoken in ages and although i want to make the first move, my heart is being stubborn and I dont want to be the one to make the first move.. :(

If you are more concerned with being stubborn then I don't think you actually love her as much as you are saying.

How old are you? (it sounds a little bit like a 16 year old problem)
 
just make the first move, even if you dont think you were in the wrong. life is short, and meeting people you find special doesnt happen every day.

Well if enough of us tell him to do it then it might help him build up his resolve.

Go on OP, grow a pair and give it a shot, the worst that can happen is a humiliating no, subsequent feelings of emasculation and a life forever alone with irreparable self esteem.
