New Samsung S23A700D 120Hz

Make sure you are using the dual-link cable supplied because a normal dvi cable will do that.

Oh really? I was just using the normal DVI cable I already had. I'll try using that, thanks.

I'd have a word with Gibbo. I'm pretty sure he suggested anyone returning dead/stuck pixel S23A700D's to ask OCuK if they could check any new send outs for dodgy pixels. Maybe he can help you on that. Worth a shot.

Was watching Game Of Thrones earlier, I really noticed the light bleed at the top at top right hand corner.
Also noticed a dead/stuck pixel >.<

Seems it went from perfect to meh in a few days.

There's definitely no speakers. The socket on the back is for plugging in headphones (nb. hdmi carries audio but dvi doesn't).

so if i connected my none hdmi 360 upto the dvi i could plug speakers into the monitor !

You'd plug your 360 into VGA.
Use the red/white of the VGA cable to hook up speakers.
You'd need a VGA Xbox 360 cable though.

Left of the 3D changes input from DVI to HDMI.

I thought I had one, but it turned out to be a bit of dirt and then blew a sigh of relief.

It's unfortunately not dirt.
Although I'm beginning to question whether or not it's a defective pixel.
Seems more like a hairline scratch, only visible in certain angles and it shimmers.
I can live with it.
The back light problems are liveable would annoying.
