Not at all, the liberals here are very good at insulting people, sniping them, selective quoting.

I have never felt hostile because I know how silly their views are :)
 
Well I wouldn't use the word silly. I am certainly no 'liberal', but I'll respect other people's opinions and would never use the word silly or say 'your view is dim! silly! stupid!'.

It's part of constructive, mature, respectful discussion.

Yes, once hard evidence was posted that you are talking nonsense why is there any further need to reply?

And with maximum irony the 'hard evidence' is contained clearly within the article you referenced as your 'evidence' that churches are being forced to marry gay people.

I dont support religion. I dont support any religious belief, scripture, teaching or culture based on religion. Religion to me is the direct antithesis to a free modern and progressive society and equal rights.

Homophobia and anti homosexual attitudes stem entirely from religious prudish attitudes towards sex and marriage.

There is nothing within my secular belief that opposes to homosexuality, or marriage between any two consenting human adults.

I find it incredibly ironic whenever I see people like you, cheets and the BNP spreading vitriol towards on one hand religion, yet also having the same kind of hatred towards homosexuality.

You are people who simply hate everything - religion, freedom, and consensual adult relationships. You have to be incredibly bitter to be opposed to almost every freedom that other people enjoy in modern western society.

Even if Churches are forced to marry gay couples so what? They wouldnt be allowed to pass such a law for just one religion either mind you, if churches are forced to allow gay marriages, then mosques, temples, gurdwaras and synagogues would also be forced to allow them. The outrage over this would be huge and very entertaining to watch.

Please attach the words from group A as prefixes to the words from group B to better explain your position on these issues. You may use the same prefix twice:

A) Pro, Anti
B) Religious, Gay - rights
 
So you are pro gay rights and opposed to same gender marriages :confused:

And do you care about religion negatively impacting the lives of homosexual people?

Next of kin rights? Avoidance of death duty? Right to register the birth of your child (for a man you have to be married to be able to do it)?

That's just three off the top of my head. There are some distinct legal rights to being married that cohabiting couples don't get. It was after all a legal contract long before religion got involved.
