I am viewing a BMW Z4 3.0i SE tomorrow with a view to buying. Has anyone got any opinions to share on the car or things to look for when inspecting it? I'd be grateful for some opinions.
Yeah, full service history and 40,500 miles on the clock. So, I'm hoping it should be okay. I have a silly question about it, though, I notice the front is quite low, it won't get scuffed on sleeping policemen, going onto driveways etc, will it?
Thanks for the advice, I'm a bit of a noob to this stuff and just fancied a nice little run around when I'm not working in the city, what are runflats? Tyres? Wouldn't they have been changed already?
Back when I had mine I think I went for Falken 452s which were pretty good, I would say register over at http://www.z4-forum.com/, I'm sure there all sorts of useful stuff over there
I've just got rid of the run-flats on my Z4 3.0si for Goodyear Eagle F1 AS2s, noticeably better straight away on rougher road surfaces. About £115 for fronts and £170 for rear tyres in the normal 18" sizes, a lot cheaper than runflats.
News of the 135i sounds good. It'll be a cracking car.
The 114i, however, represents a new bottom for the company
Amazingly, the list price on the M135i is just £29995! They also seem to have elected not to offer the 118i in 3 door form. Less than £3k more than the new Astra VXR yet hugely quicker.
