Not a side splitting film at all but in places very very funny. However, the story and cinematography just seemed really well put together so I give it a solid 8.5 out of 10

IP Man.
T'was a pleasant surprise. Donnie Yen is a demon!
8/10. Very enjoyable.
This movie made me a big fan of Donnie Yen. His portrayal of Ip Man was unbelievable.
Dude...watch Ip Man 2.
It's not as good, but it was still a great movie.
Funny people is a great film. I've never really liked Adam Sandler in comedic roles but as a more serious actor he's actually rather good.

I wanted to like this film as I really liked the idea behind it and it even starts off pretty good. It lets you know how their society works with time as currency pretty quickly. Then it really makes sure you know how it works. And then, just in case you still don't understand, it spends the entire film letting you know just what a cool idea they have come up with for currency. In the end all that is left is a superficial story line and too many areas that I couldn't believe.

Strange film and quite difficult to rate. Gerard Butlers character was really hard to like which completely destroyed any sympathy towards his situation.
Overall I thought it was an enjoyable film despite feeling slightly too long and too unrealistic.
