Please show me where you can get the digital CD key for £30 or less.
CJS keys had it for £38 for just the key.

What else do you expect to be reading here when the game hasn't been released yet? Post-release I expect the delivery updates to be replaced with "Guys check out this rare/unique I found!" updates
