But I think I sell or DSR mine and go for Asus DC2, as fans at low speed annoying me, I hear something like high frequency noise.

Two should be a good test for fan noise on these cards, if the DirectCU II can run quietly in sli then these are the cards to have.
From reviews I've seen there pretty quiet.. I'll let you know as soon as i receive them

Just rang OcUK and they seem pretty sure they are getting the DirectCU II in tomorrow, chap said around 30-40 units, maybe Gibbo can confirm?, I think I'll be grabbing myself one anyway.
The thing is there is no telling how many of those units will be taken up by pre-orders, non I hope

just bear in mind you don't have access to the MM so if you are going to put it up on an auction site, by the time you account for fees etc. you won't get back as much as you paid for it
unless you know someone personally that is willing to pay over the odds for an OC'd second hand card...

I would think they will have stock for you, if you think about it the Windforce is the more desirable card, £5 cheaper, UK RMA base, decent clocker, full 680 PCB etc... and they still have heaps of windforce stock

I'm not sure about the windforce tbh, people say they can still hear the fans on load, check out this page from the techpowerup review regarding the fan noise on the DCII, http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/ASUS/GeForce_GTX_670_Direct_Cu_II/27.html
"Fan noise of the ASUS GTX 670 DC II is incredible. In idle it is barely audible if you put your ear next to it - using a completely passive PC, in a quiet room. Under load the fan ramps up a tiny bit to handle the extra heat but the difference is barely measurable. As a result the GTX 670 DC II is quieter under load than most other cards in idle!! Perfect job ASUS!"

I'm not saying you should choose the Windforce over the DCII, I'm using it as an example as to why OcUK will probably have enough stock for you to get one shipped out tomorrow

Honestly, the Gigabyte cooler looks far better, and its proven and tested by enough people running their Gigabyte GTX 670s overclocked with temperatures under 60 degrees.

Well my Gigabyte idles between 25-29c, and after 3-4hrs of Trackmania 2 yesterday @ 1920x1200 (full detail settings) and my temps never rose above 57-58c (99% GPU load) and fan maxed out at 38%!! Same noise level as idle in desktop mode, amazingly happy with this card

Where are those results from, they look a little high, even my reference card never hit 82c on load, and the idles look too high, mine is idling right now @ 29c.
