my plan is to solo normal then team up with my friends for the rest of it.

will have got the story from the normal play through leaving only looting and leveling for the rest of the difficulties.

I played co-op for a short while last night, just to defeat the Skeleton king. Did find that I was exploring less and smashing less pots, etc...
In solo mode I'd tend to explore everything but with others I just go with the flow.
Feel like I'd rather play through normal on solo, and then do the harder difficulties with a few mates.

I'd not played too much Diablo 2 and hadn't been caught in any build-up hype for the last couple of years. As a result, was pleasantly surprised with this game (login issues aside).
It's very more-ish...

Edit: Had to play as Demon Hunter, just due to coolness factor...

I only co-op with people I know, so we stick together and explore as a group. Much better that way.

Why don't people just level a character on their own first to go at your own pace and then co-op with the rest? Thats what im doing.

Agreed.

It's been nice to play since the stuttering hasn't been as awful as it was earlier on.
.

TOM_D!

I've had a similar issue, when I noticed that with Vsync, the game was for some reason capped at 50fps, instead of 60.
What fixed it for me was to increase the Max Foreground FPS=200 in the Diablo 3 options.
And yes, I know it's strange, since with Vsync on it should not even affect it

Try that! increase max foreground/background fps

Still not had any reply from blizzard about being able to even get the game I've bought haha fantastic..

Can't download through blizz downloader due to ISP blocking ports and there is no other alternative...

Going to have to buy the game in dvd format soon just to play it..

Don't you know anyone who's bought it? And download off his disc?

lots of errors with diablo installs apparently

you need to remove beta completly proper uninstall if u had it

then in the c:/ programdata/battlenet delete that hidden folder

that makes sure all is ready

then dload or install new version of retail D3

then run as administrator

that was how i did it cause it appears lots of people get install and start errors

if you do it like that blizz say all will be fine
