Anyone else got suggestions to stop the stuttering?

I'm wondering if an SSD would help but looking on the diablo 3 forums even people with SSD's are still getting issues.

I haven't been getting anywhere near as much time to sit down with this as I'd like, still at the start of Act I not long after seeing the skeleton king for the first time. I've been taking my time right nuff and doing plenty of exploring, I have 2 or 3000 gold right now..I should keep saving it until the later difficulties is that right?

Just found out the hard way, that it doesn't pause.

I was killed by something pitiful during alt-tab :p
slightly related, for people with multiple monitors playing in window or fullscreen window. If you remove focus from the game, cutscenes get skipped and the game gets muted. Which is really annoying, wanting to chat to people during narrative or cutscenes and skipped some big plot points :(

I know the feeling. My first death was caused by shift-tabbing the steam overlay while stood over a poison spore (my first fight against the mob so didn't realise ><).

Follower damage always seems to be a complete joke. My Enchantress has a pretty decent sword and 3 amulet/rings with damage on them and she still only hits for less than 15 damage with her basic attack. Pretty pitiful when I can use Electrocute and hit up to 6 enemies at once for 30-60 damage.

Does the game not keep maps ungreyed when you go back to them? I loaded back into the small area above the crypts and it was as if i hadn't been there. I'm really anal about exploring everywhere so find it quite annoying.

Randomly generated so fog of war re-covers the 'new' area.
