I had the same as do a lot on the forums, i then went into my router page and put DMZ mode on my ip. I haven't had 1 disconnect since and can play without any problems now.

Cheers V1bez I'll give that a go tonight and see if it makes any difference.

Amazed at the speed you guys are playing this.

I'm 21% through Act 1 with 5 Hours 25 Mins on the clock. Really, really enjoying it.

Some people just go straight to the objectives.

I'm one of the ones who likes to explore every area, I'm OCD about having parts of the map unexplored!

Never leave a barrel or a crate unsmashed, try to find all enemies for the XP/Gold.. :)

Doesn't that pretty much open up your entire router?? I've always thought it was a bad idea to do this as it doesn't give you any protection against hackers etc?

Should just be left (or right) click on his portrait in the top left and there is the option to reskill him. Either that or press 'F' to bring up his inventory screen.

Haven't had to use it much as still quite near the beginning and memory is shocking :o

I noticed this last night after someone mentioned it on here yesterday...

Spoiler ahead if you haven't played it yet.
After fighting down through the cathedral levels in Act I and then coming back up to the Cathedral Garden before returning to town I noticed that the areas that I'd explored before entering the Cathedral were greyed out again.

I had a quick wander around and the monsters had re-spawned, tree stumps were back, etc.

I was thrown off the server while the game was paused so had to reload which probably explains why the map was redrawn.

I am the same as this. How can people skip exploring unexplored parts of the map!? There could be some rare mob or something that will drop tasty loot! I am 12 hours into the game and im just near the end of act 2 i think, at lvl 24.

Have to agree with both points.

D3 story is very fast paced. Develops very fast and doesn't have much substance. But at the same time i found it enjoyable and interesting.

I think having worked in the MMO industry I probably just see things differently, going to conferences/conventions where you see the thousands of games churned out each year from the likes of Korea where there is little substance and each one is just a rehash of something someone else did last year, I somehow appreciate more the effort that goes in to making something like D3, even if it does seem a little glossed over.

My guess is that it will be a bit like SC2 and there will be expansions. Either way I'm really enjoying it and I find it is better quality than 90% of the tat that is released.

Well i tried to log in 3 times, once server was full and twice on Tuesday Login servers where broken still to play this yet but i think ill let everyone else play it then ill come along afterwards

Because he can't afford to just buy a game just to test it. That's the point of the starter edition. In fact that's the point of any demo. Can't believe I am even having to point this out...

so then why are you complaining like a massive chaped? claiming Blizzard have put up a 'poor show'
he is getting content for FREE, their are always limitations and hes tested it out now so its all good for him, he should know if he wants the game or not - not being able to play with you doesnt change anything.

Well a mate has used it on his connection for quite some time and has never experience any problems and he has a job in IT and Networking. I am not saying it is safe, but it lets me play and so far no problems.
