If it won't paste, just tell us what IP addresses are listed and we can use that to help you.
Just to add, to copy from a command prompt, you have to right-click in the window and select "Mark" first, and then you can highlight the text. Then just right-click in the window again and that will copy when you're ready. Then you will be able to paste it.

Eugh. So annoying, sometimes i go into an area, all the enemies stop moving, i can't attack anything and then a couple minutes later a lot of stuff happens and then i'm dead, all by the time the person i'm playing with on co-op as killed everyone.
I tab out of game and his green light stuck on with vent and is lagging like **** but my ping on there is as low a 49. So very annoying.
Only just now i had to actually quit a game in the middle of doing something because i was just stuck wandering around not being able to do anything or leave the area.

having one of the worse experiences so far - installed D3 on Tuesday ready to go and couldn't login due to authenticator code being wrong - then dawned on me i deleted the Authenticator app from my phone ages ago - which i didn't know but this apparently locked you out from your account - so i try to phone support which is by far the worst support number i've had the misfortune to have to ring - 3 days later and multiple 40 mins in the queue later i get told they can't help and i need to fill in a form on the website...
Already very angry i fill in the form attaching my birth certificate as the unhelpful support guy tells me this would proof enough - it's a battle.net account, not the keys to fort knox for god's sake!
I then get an email back before says they couldn't process my request as the proof wasn't good enough and to login to discuss it more - i can't login! the whole situation is because i CAN'T login - oh god the shame of it is unbelievable - support has hit new lows...

So assuming the second one which is established is your link to the game server (which is reasonable since Blizz uses port 1119 as the game login port) then you type this in:
tracert 80.239.209.146
Then you press Enter on the keyboard. You can paste what it says once that has done the trace route (should say "tracing 80.239.209.146 over a maximum of 30 hops and then list out the results with timings, listed in milliseconds [ms] at the end of each line).
We'll then be able to tell you whether one of the links along the way is causing you problems.
As an example, here's mine from work:

Unlucky.
But to be fair, they make it very clear when you attach an authenticate not to delete it without writing down the recovery codes.
If they made it easy to login to your authenticated account without the authenticator, it defeats the object a bit.
halfway through act 2 on nightmare, this is silly, the elites are stronger than act bosses, they multiply and all seem to do insane damage that pretty much one shots my 4.5k monk...very odd balancing, everything is easy but elites will have 10k damage swings for the hell of it >_>
Unlucky, This happened to me before all I had to do was phone them and provide some proof that it was my account(used birth certificate) was sorted in about an hour.
Edit : Is there a post with everyones battlenet usernames?
i did this once.
got a new iphone and forgot to take the authenticator off.
phoned them up, told them what had happened and they removed it.
took bout 30 mins total with wait.
Are there any fellow wizard strugglers? Act 1 & 2 (normal mode) didn't seem too hard. Apart from the final boss of Act 2, which took me around 8 attempts. I figured this was just intentionally hard. However a friend of mine whose a Witch Doctor, took him down on his first try and is steam rolling through Act 3, whereas I'm dying/chugging pots fairly regularly.
Any wizards got any ideas? It may well be the build I'm using, it's very much kamikaze, I run into packs of mobs using diamond skin and then let off a boat load of short range aoe. Rinse and repeat. I'll post up my full build when I get home from work, but if anyone has any ideas I would be most grateful.

what skills you using and what level are you for act 3?
I got the same "Destination net unreachable", but that could be caused by network issues or just being totally unaccessible to the tracert command. Your connection up to that point seems fine, but if hop 14 onwards isn't the trace being blocked, then that will definitely be affecting your gameplay. The trace shouldn't time out really. Can others complete a trace to 80.239.209.146?
