I've not had stuttering problems at all so far TOUCH WOOD on a slow, mechanical HDD

I get annoying stuttering in the ~10-20 seconds of combat whenever I start a new game but otherwise it runs fine.
Tbh I found more than enough decent items (at lvl10-15 admittedly) with a 1000 buyout filter applied. You could probably find a decent amount of good items for level 30+ at 1-5k too for people just wanting to make a quick profit over merching.

Does Blizzard save your game progress on their servers? I.e. Can I download and log in to my account on a different PC and carry on from where I am up to? I have just started act 2 and don't want to do act 1 again.
Also, is anyone else a bit disappointed by how similar the story is to the second one so far? Act one in a wet dark place, involves lots of caves and finishes in a dungeon. Then go via caravan to act 2 which is another desert type place.
Anyway, the cut scene at the end of act 1 is AWESOME!

We get it, there is a bug. Please just make a Diablo Bugs thread and stop filling this one with 'my game stutters' every 10 mins.
If the people with stuttering issues post their specs and driver versions then it may lead to a solution. Moaning about it in here does nothing but **** people off.

I have just been taking the sell value of the item and multiplying it by 10, I guess it should be more like 1000.. >.<
Same here, game only goes below 45 fps when there is a witch doctor in my group with his bloody entourage eating up all my frames. I dread to think what a party of 4 of them would be like!

Hmm, well my GF just tried logging in to her account and playing from her laptop after a day of playing on my PC and there was nothing saved from to her character.
Think it says on login there are some issues they are fixing and the servers could become unavailable intermittently
Just pouring all my gold into buying blacksmithing levels. Just finished act one on normal and got the level 3 blacksmithing shop, with a few mini levels into that also.

I dont get any cut scenes? Just picture board style cut scenes? Looking on youtube there are indeed cinematics! WTF? How come I havent seen any? Are they not shown automatically?
It was for me got some really nice unique items especially two swords towards the end act 3 from him.
Where abouts are you in the game? Act 1 doesn't end with the Skeleton king, have seen a few people getting confused about that, the cut scene is a little later.
