Re: Ending
It was a bit meh, the final fight; having all the evils in him I was expecting to fight them one by one, or something, anything other than stand back and archon blast.

Don't give me nightmare+ bs either, it'll be the same fight but harder :P

How long did you give it exactly before you re-rolled?

Magic Find (and gold find) is nice to have as a bonus to vitality/primary stat but I wouldn't aim for it. If anything, gold find is probably far more useful in small quantities.

Yeah that's probably why I was finding it a bit tiresome. Equipping the wrong items.

I always play the warrior type class so just fancied a change, but already I'm loving the barb a lot more than the glass cannon. Smash smash is me all over :p

Nothing glass cannon about my Wizard... except maybe the Passive Skill, 'Glass Cannon' Diamond Skin is a very powerful survival skill and he has a good range of crowd control skills for preventing enemies retaliating too.

Barbarian gets the **** end of the stick as far as gem prices go. Because weapons use Rubies for extra damage (and Helms get a percentage bonus to exp gain), they are much higher in price so if the Barb wants to use them for strength increases they have to pay way over the odds. They seem to be 3-4x the price for Radiant/Square.

Jesus. Act 2 is taking me ages...

Most of today alongside packing playing. Still only on the 8th or 9th quest. Presuming they have 10 quests per act?

kd

Same here. Just finished it, has taken me around 6 hours to do act 2. Although I am discovering the entire maps on each objective.

Level 25 Monk now and loving every minute of this game!!

I see now how quickly you can smash through an Act.

I've just completed up to the Skeleton King on Nightmare is about an hour taking near direct routes. Obviously I took my sweet time the first play through.

Yeah, it's a lot quicker if you skip things like champion packs. Although then you miss out on good drop potential!

in nightmare only thing im skipping is the dialogue and cut scenes. im exploring the map to maybe 75% to still get xp else your ****ed when you get to act 4.
