Just finished soloing act 1 on Inferno, even the Butcher.
Also found a legendary sword which I sold, got 1.3 million gold now.

Yeah, Belial is the biggest problem boss for me. There's not enough space to run away from him and his green whirly things...

Every other boss hasn't been too bad, and my biggest issues are really freezer stuff whilst I'm stuck in a big mob set...

Belial was a right PITA. Monk has some helpfull skills, I'd probably kit one for team support, and use loads of evasion skills, especially when the nukes come raining down. And when the nukes come, you have about one second before they effect, so you have to time it accordingly.

Take the way point to tristram woods, from the waypoint head SW until you see a yellow dot flashing , click head stone thing to start the event . and completing the event givess you 5k xp I did lvl 37 to 38 just on this lol .

I must be dumb but i dont see Tristam Woods waypoint? mind you i just started on Nightmare Mode and im currently just past the Skele King... i dont remember seeing any Tristam Woods Waypoint on the way here? is it further along?

as a 55 monk who is just soloing, after dex should I be concentrating on vit? Maybe physical resist? I heard a guy who was soloing with monk on the Kripparrian stream say he needed more and more physical resist.

Yeah, been playing with another monk. He had loads more survivability than I did. I couldn't even stay alive against the Larder, but he soloed it. Seemed to have all towards high vitality, health regen.

I find it unsatisfying though. I like reaping through them too much.

But, having two kits, and switching to survival mode once it gets too much would help.

Actually, there is a passive skill that bumps your armor by your dexterity. Gonna try that one.

well I spent all monies I had to get some vitality gear, went from 16k health to 21k and it seems to have made things easier, at least I dont get one shotted as much.

Just stumbled upon that

I've only just found out how to use more than one spell from the same 'sub-section'. So much nicer to be able to fully customise my abilities now!

Just hit level 40. Act 2 Nightmare mode. It is proving to be a bit more of a challenge but nothing to difficult. Just have to be on top of things and always keep a look out at the HP bar!

To all the people struggling with belial, just take it slow and make sure you keep moving to avoid the damage really, that's all I did.

Wizard is pretty strong to my knowing.

It's the only class so far that's been able to solo Nightmare mode.

I've soloed up to half way through act 1 hell on my monk. Monk can be a great soloer as you have so much survivability and some nice dmg.
