How's everyone taking Screenies? Whenever I hit my prtscr button windows decides it'll take a screenie of my background, and go completely through the background...

Just completed Normal mode :)
26 hours 0 minutes.

Now time to rush Nightmare and Hell!

Hopefully might pick up a couple of the achievements I want along the way as well though, so not quite completely rushing. Very tempted to try the one hour act 1 challenge again tomorrow. Grab my barb, get him some epic equipment, get maps up of each quest level, and just demolish it. Who knows I'll probably start on Nightmare instead.

Jim, I'm pretty sure platypus solo'd Nightmare (and maybe Hell) on a monk...

I'm pretty sure with some tweaking to my Barb I'll get him through Nightmare and Hell pretty easy....

Put a Mighty 2H Weapon on the AH for 200k. buyout. Starting bid of 50k. Lvl 18 weapon, 30Dps (high compared to everything else on the AH). Life benefits (can't quite remember what) some intelligence as well, AND an empty socket, that I thought if you put a Ruby in it would make a killer weapon. I don't really need it though, I mean I could save it for my second barb, but it's not like I absolutely need it... But yeah had a good 6 skills on it or so. Now I just need people to actually find it xD

Launching through steam lets you take screenshots and upload them.

Er, KD, you could almost certainly search the AH and find any number of weapons cheaper than that. They may not be Mighty 2H Weapons but you can almost guarantee weapons at that level will be available for 1-3k without issue. I've not looked obviously but it was that way with Crossbows so I fail to see how a 2H melee weapon will be any different.

Yeah, I mean that might be an issue. I mean it definitely seems better than 99% of other 2H mighty weapons in its level bracket, so it might have some hope. But hey ho, might as well see. Anyway, if it doesn't sell it's hardly the end of the world.

I've soloed up to about 50% of Act 2 Inferno so yeah it's possible, probably on any class when geared up right/specced right. I play a DH so i'm squishy as hell but my character sheet says I can do over 20k DPS and that goes up to almost 27K when my sharpshooter buff is stacked.

To be honest though, need some better gear really to progress easier beyond that. The champion packs get insane health in Act 2 even compared to Act 1. I only have 31K hp so don't live long if stuff gets too close.

Will run some more boss runs (Butcher etc) on Act 1 and see if I can't get some better gear, if nothing else I can get some cash to buy better stuff with.
 
Wow, I actually thought my Barbarian was okay until Robert1986 comes storming into my game with his auction house geared up Barbarian and makes mine look like Justin Bieber =( I'll be back on in a sec mate, thanks for the loot too.

I have read you need an internet connection all of the time, can you only play online with other players, or is there a single player mode which just requires a connection to verify your copy is legal? I don't have hours and hours to play online doing dungeons with other people online, so it would be nice to be able to play so far and save to come back to it.

My broadband is between 2-4mb normally down, 512kb up and is a pretty stable connection, would this be OK?

How come i cant play act2 nightmare in co-op?

I'm level 37 and can play act 2 in solo, but when I go to join a public game, only act 1 is on the list.

Am I too low? Everyone I've been matched with so far has been about my level, so that would be a little weird
 
Finished my first run through on Normal on my Barb :)

Level 33 and took it steady.

Starting my next run in the morning or if I can't sleep tonight, really enjoying the game.

I grabbed a legendary from the AH, for about 99'000 complete rip off, but I was desperate for a DPS boost for the final boss as I was struggling badly with the gear I had. Then changed the skills round and completely changed the ~focus of the fight.

It's amazing until mobs start to teleport, root and freeze while hitting you for 17-22k dmg and have so much hp that you hardly touch 5% of them with full use of 140 arcane power.


I have 35k hp, 4,5k dps and I cant even touch most of champs, the ones that I can I have to kite around for 15min and die 20times before I can kill them.


It's good in group tho, with good tank I can dish out so much damage its hilarious but soloing just sucks. Even with 4 defensive skills and defensive passives I still die so easily ... :/
