Played in 3D tonight. Was quite good although not brilliant. The loot/gold pop-up's cause issues as they're not at the same depth as everything else. Shadows can also cause issues too.

Was running at 120FPS even in 3D as well :D. Anyone else tried it?
 
Is this about right for my Barb? My gear is a bit behind now though, would a vast upgrade be advised?

I think it's my DPS that lacks the most, I'm using the best weapons I can get hold of from the AH though.

Right now I've got 70k spare, do I plough it into more BS'ing? I'm already level 6 in BS I think, or should I just spend it on better gear?
 
Completed the game today playing a mage/sorcerer, I didn't want to rush so I played alone all the way, took 19 hours but it was well worth it.

Started playing archer type and online only, and it's so much more fun as a group, also much easier.

Anyone finding online grouping hit and miss? I can almost never get 4 people in party, most of the time I end up playing with 1-2 most. It's like joining games was broken or something.
 
Well, after much facedesking, sweat, blood, tears, cigs, naughty words and all my nails bitten off - I think I'm *finally* starting to cope with Act 1 Inferno on my Wizard. :p Very easy to die, and any rare mob pack with "Fast" or "Mortar" gets avoided like the plague as it makes kiting near impossible, but otherwise getting there!

I must admit, even though is this is so hard and is probably one of the hardest games (in Inferno) I've played for ages, I utterly love the challenge and hope they don't nerf it.
 
Finally got into Hell mode , you need to be level 50 to start it , made to the end of Nightmare mode on level 49 , but i did a few Azmodan runs to top me off.

Had a quick go on Hell and it seems the mobs have a lot of HP and hit very very hard

I really really do. I have a good build in mind, but simply can't afford to train my BS, my jeweller, or even buy anything off of the AH :(

Despite saying I'd rush Nightmare, I'm now 7 quests through Act 1 and am tempted to take it a bit slower so that I can build up a pretty solid collection of gold/items as I feel Hell is going to be a big step on a barb and I could do with sorting out my armour before then.
I'm just about coping on nightmare, but some of the mobs are horrific...

With my Barb on nightmare I really haven't had any issues to be honest, but I have always made sure I keep up with gear from the AH as best as I can.

I'm going through Nightmare slow just so I can get a good collection of gold, I think I'm going to hold off buying anything at all now till I reach level 50... Unless I really do start struggling.
 
I got logged on about half 7, and just got off there now, absolutely no lag for me, ran like a dream and had no problems logging in neither. Level 35 now, about to finish Act I on nightmare
 
Meh, my DH is just waltzing through Act I on Nightmare. Admittedly I have picked up some good deals on the AH for him. Maybe 2-4 pieces of his gear are what I've crafted/found. Aside from Fletcher's Pride for 20k (Legendary Quiver), most of it has been pretty cheap 1-3k items, adorned with a Square Ruby in the weapon (and Helm for the %age bonus to experience, though I am tempted to use Gold Find) and Square Emeralds in all other pieces.

Easiest way to build up gold is to just play through on a new character. Unless you go mad with crafting you won't spend much and it kills 2 birds with 1 stone.

Mmm level 43 DH here, 17k health and 1.8k dps with massive critical hit bonus of 80%

I guess it really depends on how you're finding killing/surviving.

I'm in Hell, nearing the end of Act 1 and my 53 Demon Hunter has 19k hp and 9k damage. Typically hitting for around 2-5k and critting for 8-12k. So I take down enemies pretty quickly generally, it's just aggro or champion packs that hurt but then that's the case for most I believe.
 
Witch Doctor lvl 30 on Hardcore just about to finish normal on act4.
Although I AH items on there for vitality gears, feels like cheating lol.
5.5k HP at 30 makes everything so easy.
Not planning to play on nightmare as of yet since I need to go through Softcore nightmare first before I start doing it on hardcore.
Love it so far.
