Ugh... there were people doing deads today.... ugh... I nearly cried. Ugh.... I had to fight the urge to drop a 50kg dumbell on their faces for being stupid **** idiots.
There's a bunch of skinny runts at my gym who do all the stuff above. They're there seemingly every day at the same time on the dot. From what I can tell in 8 months of training at my current gym they have made no gains whatsoever visibly or in terms of what they're lifting. Bunch of tools. In fact they're the main reason why I am now training later than I would otherwise.
That needs explanation! Next time go ask wtf he was doing and why, we need to know what possible reason there could be for such stupidity!
I blocked it out now. The amount of stupid stuff I see each time I'm in there is too much. I just let them get on with it unless they ask me for help.
Some people like to g to the gym to do just that...Go to the gym, and enjoy the time there. They might be happy with the way they look? Or what they can lift?

I'd be damned surprised if anyone went, hammered the free weights, and didn't want to add muscle. Its much more likely to be a lack of understanding that stops them from building muscle, and a lack of approachability which hinders them from ever being taught.

I have 2 tubs of weight gainer shake that went out of date March and April. I'm guessing they should be fine? They still smell/look the same.

weighted all my food out this morning and off to work i went! Upon arrival the office bought me x2 boxes of Krispy Kreme for my birthday today.
12 donuts have gone already and i still have one box left... dont think they going to last long
They are around 200 - 450 calories per donut so average call it 300 * 24 - im going for 7,200 calories plus a family meal tonight i am easily going to break the 10k mark !!
I am hoping my body will absorb most of this as i am still glyogen depletedfollowing photoshoot
Going to setup my Wendler/Smolov routine for this next month. Starting with bench because it's suffered of late and if I don't push 140 this year I'll cry
Sunday - Squats / Smolov Day 3
Tuesday - Smolov day 4 (max day, replaces wendler bench)
Thursday - Deadlifts / Smolov day 1
Saturday - Press / Smolov day 2
Starting it this Thursday so it'll be a little out of sync with 531 which should help me not die during the later stages.
Current 1RM is 110, 10kg lower than it was in November. Squat and Deadlift numbers are steadily improving and my clean+jerk (although I haven't went for a 1rm) is feeling smooth and fast at decent weights. Leaving any significant snatch work out for the time being.
Using carb cycling with 1 cheat per 2 weeks to allow for some "lean gains"
