***The Official Samsung Galaxy S III Thread***

I missed getting £235 on O2 recycle by one day and it dropped to £210, so I processed it anyway through Quidco to get £3 and then asked O2 to price match ASDA £230.56 which they have done. I've got my S3 on order from Amazon going through Nectar for the points and using my Tesco credit card for more points. Amazon now have a credit card offering 18 month interest free for anyone wanting to spread the cost without getting a contract, plus you get a £10 voucher...that's if you can wait long enough for a credit card. I'm getting concerned I'll end up with no phone as they'll not be enough S3s to go around.
 
Have a blue one on order from BuyMobilePhones.net which was fine until they went and made the white one available and now that I have a choice I'm not sure whether to stick with the blue or try and change my order for the white one!

Also hoping that they send out the phone as soon as they get it, so it will arrive on the 30th, but suspect I'll see it the day after. I've waited this long, what's another day...

So total cost £330, not too bad.

After thinking about, I've canceled my pre-order. I know its only going to cost me about £100 to change to S3
Can't help feeling I'll be disappointed by the S3 my Galaxy Nexus has just been too awesome.

Hmmm seeing as im passing through Stratford Westfield, i might pop in and have a play with one if they have any on display.

Think the purse will win in the end, really cannot justify it with my wedding coming up :eek:

Bugger, oh well still got to pass through as i need to pick up a few things on my way home.

Might as well pop into the Samsung store, in the market for a new TV for my room as it is so wont hurt to ask them.

One cunning plan I have is to pass on my S2 to her and to get the S3 for myself. She had one of the first iPhones and was hooked on the thing, but can't really afford to get the latest. So I gave her my old Orange San Francisco and after her initial enthusiasm she just hated the thing as she somehow seems organically incapable of handling Android and its notifications. She is getting along with it better these days and even comments favourably on my S2's large screen. I think she might be one happy customer if she starts using the S2 with a nice ICS ROM on it, but then it is always a bit unpredictable, women and technology...
 
Just point at her expensive shoes then state that your phone is your shoe, at which point you stuff it into your socks and walk off very very slowly while retaining eye contact. A cold hard stare.
