Anyone who knows the area will also know that the Dukes drive is a bit too close to the Lache for comfort. The Lache and Blacon are two areas of Chester which should be avoided like the plague.

maybe the OP stumbled across robin hoods camp? rush in their with a BB gun and claim the bounties on these rascals, at the very least they have probably been poaching the kings deer
 
Surely they are not going to be there every week, if you are that worried get the local community wardens to have a word with them, there is always someone looking suss when your out and about, they were probs just hiding there stash in the woods :)

World is full of worse dangers than to be worried about people camping or dogging or whatever 2 guys in the woods do.
