Battlefield 3 thread - Server details in opening post -

animating skills plus someone has modded the game unlocked stuff or added stuff ;)

some of the camera views would be awesome if they were actually added. shouldnt be hard either
 
one thing i'm not sure about the battlefield premium.

it says there are new vehicles and gamemodes.

so it must be incompatible with those not geting bf3 premium?

ie, if your server runs it, then only bf3 premium owners can play.
or are those vehicles and game modes just referring to the dlc that others can buy anyway?

ie, if you buy all the dlc, are you on the same footing as the people who buy the premium

I bet you my left nut that the new vehicles and game modes will be locked to the dlc maps.ie they only come out in the dlc maps. As for weapons they'll be usable in all maps.

I think they're just the DLC vehicles and modes. The impression I got was that it was going to be a CoD Elite style thing, where you pay for something which gives you all of the DLC plus a few perks.
 
So I solved the problem of getting kicked from EA with the game, by disabling upnp, now every 20 minutes it unexpectedly crashes....

Anyone got a fix for this as well?
 
247 server, take the bloody current map out of the bloody vote options.

Metro 4 times in a row = get bloody lost.

Edit - Your server just DIED because of it.

It's just the plebs voting for metro it seems, all the regulars just rage as soon as it comes on, take the damn map out :p

just had my first taste of hardcore on this server

i sucked :( but when i jumped into a normal server right after i felt like a slighter better player a lot more cautious

might play hardcore more often

Trash voting system, trash map 'rotation'. Sick of it, home of the stat farmers - Will find elsewhere.

ONE - Battlefield 3 Machinima

All good till he shot a jet down with a UMP-45 and blew up the shell from a tank as it exited the barrel with a pistol.

What a way to ruin what was otherwise an awesome piece of machinima.

knew you would be straight on here to grumble. you're moaning won't be missed. The people vote what they want to vote. Metro is the most popular BF3 map, for many reasons, some good some bad. We don't have a "trash map rotation" we have a vote system, at the time we had 3 on teamspeak, 2 voted metro and 1 voted firestorm, so don't even go down that road. i'm sure you saw that most of the server cheered when you said you were leaving.... THAT is how bad you moaned and cried like a spoilt kid who did not get what he wanted from mummy. seriously grow up.
