powercleaned 85kg for 2 sets of 1 today :p. Away kayaking in the french alps for 2 weeks so no gym for me :p (Oh no my gains!?!?!?!). Lots of kayaking though :p

nice cleaning i just started doing power cleans again the last few weeks, love em todays were

75 x 8
80 x 8
82.5 x 6
85 x 6

need to be pushing nearer 110 if i hope to do any competitive stuff
 
A bit better than me then :p. Definetly is all technique though as I could feel it going up well when I kept the bar close to me (cut into a my shin but hey... ) whereas failed reps where the technique wasn't there. Bodyweight powerclean sets a standard anyways :p (Want above bodyweight :p)

yeah bodyweight is the king im probs a few kilos on you, i reckon id get 100-105 out for singles 112 is BW currently so im not sure
 
Pay day on Thursday. Gunna finally by some liq chalk, resistance bands and a foam roller. I've been a lazy female reproductive organ for long enough!
