I absolutely love the game and can't wait to try Inferno/PvP. I'm taking my time and not rushing through it. Currently on Act II Nightmare, finished Normal solo and played Act I coop, loads of fun. I have bought quite a bit of gear from the AH, not bought anything recently though as I'm starting to rely on drops.

I don't see why people are complaining about Inferno being so difficult. Do you really want it to be a walk in the park? The game has only been out a couple of weeks. I never played D1 or D2 and even I know it's all about the farming. This kinda reminds me of pre-nerf Rangaros in vanilla WoW. Months and months wiping/farming gear. It was amazing when we downed him for the first time :D

had this sent to me this morning.
it's probably been posted and i didn't see it.

The auction house obviously provides an incredible service to allow for very easy trades between characters, and essentially blows out the wide range of items you could have available to you at any one time. So, in fact, the AH has to be a factor in how we drop items. On one hand you have a huge benefit because you can buy and sell items very easily, as opposed to having to post up WTS threads in the old USEast trading forums, but on the other end it does impact the item pool economy with the inherent ease at which you can trade items. If the AH existed but wasn't a factor at all into how items dropped/rolled, the economy would be completely tanked within a matter of weeks.

Then why would they keep delaying the RMAH

Because it's broke as **** and doesn't work yet.. They can't afford to mess the RMAH up, playing with peoples money.

That's why the drops are so rare to have any decent stats on, no ledgendaries ect. So you go buy from the AH.

2 hand bow with Int + Vit any on??

I see, someone told me it was a bug.

I would have the upgraded staff, but I threw the normal one away because it's white. :(

:(.

They're changing the color in a future patch, probably the next one, so that people won't do this atleast. No good to you now obviously, but it'll no doubt help people when it's changed.

I always make sure the staff is in the same slot when I farm whimsy as, like I'm sure most do, I just dump anything that isn't blue/yellow etc as soon as I see it in my bag, without looking to see what it is.

Molten/Plagued/desecrator is far too OP at the higher levels -.-

I have 3 nightmarish, molten, firemages, that keep running ****** away from me, and leaving big streams of molten, on a path that's too thin, so you can't hit them without getting moltened.... AND they're right at the beginning of the level -.- Having to cancel the level and restart it, just so they're not there..

Where abouts in Act 3 are you farming/is the best place to farm? I got there last night, did the signal fires bit and I've stopped as I want to get an equally powerful bow (~910dps) so I've put up my Crossbow (which was simply bought as an upgrade and test to see what they are like) - so waiting on that to sell.

Siegebreaker runs, so over the really long bridge and the field just before it. There's 6 - 8 rare packs along the way. If I get 2 **** packs that I can't kill (gg Invulnerable Minions) I'll just restart as you'll not be able to get to the Siegebreaker with 5 stacks.

Edit: Whoops, sorry, forgot to star the sweary!

On Siegebreaker runs don't forget to start on the actual part of the quest to kill him, as you'll then get Tyrael to help you, who hits for 40k ish :). You can teleport to the field, go into the cave etc and he'll stay with you, if you die when the mobs are nearly dead you can let him finish them off too :).

Edit: No Tom, it's been delayed again, if you click the button ingame it tells you the new date (although it'll probably be delayed again before then :p). I'm on my phone now so cba checking what the date is :p.

They've obviously been caught off guard by how big it's gotten, judging by the delays people are seeing on the current AH. Somewhere there's a Blizzard database admin pulling their hair out :D

You really have to experience Inferno first. There is no skill involved when something that is off screen appears for a split second and kills you instantly. Unless they really expect you to grind Act IV Hell for 6 months to find the perfect stats on every item. Inferno should require careful thought and be a true test. Making a random mob one shot kill you instantly is just game breaking.
