***The Official Samsung Galaxy S III Thread***

All phones at Stratford city sold out. Champagne and canapés are being handed out if you want to enjoy the atmosphere though.
 
Just had my dispatch email / text from mobiles.co.uk... fingers crossed I dont fall foul to "yodelitis".. ^^
Just realised I still have 2 days on my old envirofone recycle deal at £232 (for my S2) - gonna need to pull my finger out tomorrow else I lose out
 
OK - confused.

Still no announcement from Three, still no confirmation to me that my phone is or is not coming, yet a friend (who pre-ordered after me) has been told his blue handset will ship tomorrow....not sure if they meant it'll start or end it's journey as he didn't ask. Other's have said Three are not sending blue handsets out for a while, at least one person said he'll be getting his Friday.
 
Just spoke to p4u again via live chat and the girl said it dispatched, but may not get an email tonight as there as so many to send

Confused some more.

Rang Three on the "check your order" phone number and there was a recorded message saying anyone who had pre-ordered an S3 will get them tomorrow, not today, sorry for the inconvienience yada yada yada.
I then carried on and spoke to someone. They have checked my account and can see that the phone was shipped today for delivery tomorrow via DPD. He said he can't see the delivery ref but I can call him back tomorrow morning for it.

He also stated that pre-orders were being fulfilled from items they have physically secured and that's why the blue one has been out of stock as they don't have any left.

I guess only time will tell!!

One of my friends has a blue one on order from O2, they called O2 today and was told that it should ship Thursday. Is this correct? By the sounds of it all the blue ones have an issue with the case, so is this just being fobbed off by the customer service team?

No chance :p Most sites are reporting 2-4 week delay for the Blue model.

you and me too,rang CS again,store has to change it ,they close a 17:30 just your luck and mine ,now all the online orders will be taking the stock ,and we will have to wait even longer ,best thing is ive had a white one ordered why did i change it to blue
