Excluding the one 'ridiculous' purchase I made for my Barb - helm for funs - not needed. I don't think I've spent more than 100k on a single item.

I have got some very good items, but I'm quite literally walking through Inferno Act 1 right now... For what...1.3m max?

I've only ever found 2 items that are above my current level, and only by 1 level. Game seems to be very good at dropping gear that you can equip :| I'm sure on d2 I used to get awesome drops that I wouldn't be able to use for another day of grinding, I miss that
 
im just started hell on level 51 wizard, definatelly harder to kill mobs know. even with weapons on 200 dmg per second.i think i messed up my selling on AH, mainly Staff but supposed to put them for 100,000 but put them for a million :(

if you go out of your way to hand pick your gear from millions of drops, don't expect anything that drops for you without a bit of grinding effort to be close very often.

if finding this a lot. current drops of loot are somewhat dissapointing, minus 1k damage, life or protection, do you really think ill pick it up when going to into hell????:confused:

Ah cool. Not seen them at all yet (in the fields of Act 3), so I assume they start dropping in act 4 or maybe just in Inferno?

And I just let my first Treasure Goblin escape today :( Chased the little beggar but couldn't get him to turn back so wound up having to kill some Heralds of Pestilence before that stupid arm attack raped my health, by the time it was safe the goblin had fled.
 
Sold a crappy 800+ dps spear for 500k. Made doing the run this morning worthwhile even though I accidentally managed to drag a skill off my bar (blizzard y u no lock skills?!) and lose my NV buff. Sold a pair of shoulders for 50k. And made about 50k, after repairs, in gold.

Upgraded to a 949dps bow with a socket for some nice crit damage. Worked out to a 26k dps increase!

I'm going to start saving for a few of the Natalya set items, 3 of them give a nice +130dex and +7% crit chance. Probably helmet, ring and maybe chest piece if I can manage losing the +10 discipline I have now. By the time I've saved enough hopefully a few of the 1100+ dps bows will have dropped in price to a much more satisfying price:damage increase ratio.

Was slightly disappointed when he only dropped one rare... then I saw the Legendary xD
Bet it's **** though...

Edit... Ok, I take it back... I have a feeling the Butcher will be seeing the chestplate he dropped again...

how come you didn't ID it yet, stats are determined on drop so saving it until the new legendary stats patch is a waste.

... ok I REALLY want the Neph Valour buff now! About 1/3 of a level off lvl60 in Act 3 Hell.

Also picked up an amulet with 25% magic find on it earlier. Might keep it around incase I feel like switching it out for bosses.
 
anyone got tips on killing the golden demon in inferno?

I couldnt kill him since he runs too fast OR runs to a group of mobs -.-

Barbarian, I just Wrath of The Berserker Up.

Gives increases in damage - demon dies faster.
Also increases movement speed - I run at same speed as him :)

Just did a check, the armour isn't actually that good, and is one of the not so good example of that type of armour. Oh well, I'll keep it anyway as it's a Legendary drop I got, and I don't need whatever money it would raise...

I'm considering creating an OcUK trading/giving away thread, but would anyone actually use it?

Definitely. It'd save us having to use the AH and helps us all :)
