In all honesty I'm getting pretty bored now.

Up to Act 2 Inferno the game was great, for a while after I could happily farm in Act 1, getting some drops, selling them for money, buying gear. Now the AH is so overpriced it's pointless, you have to farm for ages (Unless you're lucky) in order to be able to afford 1 piece of gear which is barely better than what you have just to stand half a chance in Act 2, repeat for Act 3 and then 4. It was acceptable until the prices sky rocketed, now people want amounts for 1 item which would amount to farming in-game for weeks.

It would be fine if you were 1 of those who were exploiting game mechanics at first to get crazy amounts of loot and got rich fast, but if you played normally you're so far behind the curve it's ridiculous. I can't bear to log-in and have to do another Butcher run again. I've gotten to Act 3 Heart of Sin on Inferno and my willpower has just diminished.

See this is why in my opinion they should implement some kind of controls. Markets do not function, if they want a fun market where people can buy and sell stuff for reasonable prices they have to limit the prices for a start.

Thought I'd fire it up see if I could log in.

Wondered what people were complaining about....... then realised it was stuck on retrieving hero list

Honestly its as if they're just banking on enough people quitting so that it will run properly with what they have rather than attempting to do something about it.

FFS i get the game last night and cant play because of issues then on top of that i was up all night with my cat who was in labor. Ive not slept for HOURS and all i want is to chill and play a bit of this game and now i cant.... FML first world problems etc etc

Haha, Blizzard. Jesus.
You wouldn't think they were responsible for the most popular mmo ever...

It's a shame that this game is blighted by continued failure, it's genuinely enjoyable when it logs in and doesn't have woeful lag! :(
I'll never buy another Blizzard title at launch again though, will wait a few months until a price drop and the beta tes... I mean launch day customers, have found all the bugs. :D

After another terrible day at work, and with a free evening, all I'm after is wasting time mindlessly. These log in problems are not going to help my alcohol consumption ;)

I'm still in... Don't really want to risk starting a game though, as that's what kicked me out last time. So just having fun on the AH right now... Well I would be if my stuff would sell...

Looks like the login server's **** itself again. Cancelled my hero list pause, then error 37, then 73, probably blocked up with people stuck at hero list.

I'd agree on the sky rocketing of prices, although still having fun in the game. I'm not sure what caused all the prices to go so high, but currently for 1 upgrade I'm looking at least 1.5 million for any slot in my gear... unless I get super jammy and find something well underpriced.
