Ben dover. The first video porn i ever saw back in the early 90's when i was barely a teenager. Cable used to air teasers late at night but i was always wishing "go on camera, pan down just a little further down so i can see the real action" It never did. Soft core rubbish.


Then i found my dads hardcore 70's videos and was gobsmacked :D

I'd assume it's the same kind of thing as private car park fines. They won't take you to court unless they know exactly who the driver was and can prove it. Since an IP address doesn't have a face, they can't prove who accessed or downloaded the porn. I'm just speculating here though.
 
They brought in the policy here and the news were going on about how it could affect companies as it is the broadband owners responsibility. Internet cafes stopped giving free Internet as it would be them held responsible and who would receive the warning if someone downloaded a film whilst there. There was a big fuss about it affecting small businesses who offered wifi to guests on site, etc
