Really?! I remember when Stella was 5.2% then I was aware of it being nerfed to 5.0%. Didn't know it's dropped even further. Is this the gov't sticking its oar into the brewing industry? I've noticed that Guiness has dropped from 5.0% to 4.1% and most alcopops have dropped too. I can understand the alcopops though because it having an appeal to kids, but I don't get why beers are dropping. What's next - wine dropping to 8%? Whiskey dropping to 20% lol.
Yeah but if you drink say 3 cans then you are over the limit to drive. If you drink 3 cans (6 pints) of shandy then is it safe to drive? Even though you feel 100% sober.

Tax, tax, tax. Inbev saved millions by cutting the volume of alcohol they produce.
Won't see it with Scotch whisky -this must be a minimum of 40%. Also, because you water spirit down with whisky, I imagine the tax arrangements for the alcohol produced are somewhat different to beer/ciders where the alcohol starts at 0% and is created.
larger tops on a hot day is nice for the first couple of pints then on to Guinness.
OP is thick more like![]()
